My Account

There are 2 ways to create an account on the HACC website:

  • By purchasing a membership you automatically get an account with us. The user name and password will be send to you after you complete your purchase.
  • You can create an account on our website manually by clicking on the My Account link that is located on the right end side of the main menu. Doing that, you ll be presented with the option to login or register to our website. As soon as you fill out the registration form and submit the form, you will receive an email with your username and password.
To login to your account you can either hover on the My Account link located on the main menu and fill out the drop down form or by clicking on the My Account link and filling out the Login form.

To reset your password you will have to click on the My Account link that is located on the right end of the main menu. As soon as you do that, you will be presented with the Login and Registration form. At the Login form notice that there is the option of “Lost your password?”. Please click on that and enter your email at the next screen. Click reset password to get an email with you new password.

To change your password, you fist have to login to your account. While you are in your account page, please click the Edit Account option on the left side of the screen. There you ll be presented with a form to update your basic info along with your password. Please make sure to click the “Save Changes” button in order to submit your changes.

To update your contact information, you fist have to login to your account. While you are in your account page, please click the Change Address option on the left side of the screen. There you ll be presented with a form to update your contact information. Please make sure to click the “Save Address” button in order to submit your changes.

Membership

As soon as you cancel your membership, then you loose access to the member-only pages, which are the Member Directory and the Job Listings. You will also have to pay the guest fee to the events of the HACC (when applicable).

To become a member of the Young Professionals of the HACC you must be no older than 35.

Placing an order

Our website uses the PayPal payment option. When you open a new order and proceed to the checkout page, you will notice at the bottom end of the page the option to pay PayPal. After clicking the “Proceed to PayPal” button, you will be presented with a new page where you have the option to pay with your PayPal account or with your Debit/Credit card. In order to pay with your debir/credit card, please make sure that the information on the Debit/Credit form are the ones that are linked to your debit/credit card.

When you add a membership to your cart, you automatically get redirected to the checkout page. If you navigate to another page before completing your order. then you can access your cart through the Join Us page. At that page, you will notice at the very bottom of the page a button to view your cart. By clicking on that button you can see your cart, make changes to it and proceed to checkout.

When you place an order on our website, you will receive 2 confirmation emails from us. The first one will confirm that you have placed an order on our website. The second email will confirm if your ordered was processed successfully or canceled.

The most common reasons to receive an email from us stating that your order has been cancelled are the following:

  • You did not filled the PayPal Credit/Debit form correctly. Please make sure the info you provide to match the ones linked to your debit/credit card and NOT the ones you wish to appear on the Member Directory (unless these info are the same).
  • Make sure you are using one of the following debit/credit cards : American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
  • Please make sure there is no issue with your debit/credit card.

Reasons you cant access a membership-only page

To access the member-only pages, you must be a member of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce and have an account on our website. You can become a member by purchasing a membership through the Join Us page or if you already are a member, then you can create an account by following the instructions on the “Creating an account” section of this page.
